General Information:

Award Eligibility: School of Medicine faculty who are involved in teaching medical students or MSTP students are eligible for award nomination. (Past Goldstein awardees are not eligible.)

Nominators: Nominators can be WUSM faculty, medical students, and MSTP students.

Process: To nominate a faculty member, please complete a short nomination form available via a link from this website. Forms are also available via email request to: witzelc@msnotes.wustl.edu or via the web.

Deadline: Nomination forms must be received by 5 p.m. on October 29, 2007.

Return Information: Return completed nomination forms via email to: witzelc@msnotes.wustl.edu; or via campus mail to: Goldstein Leadership Awards Committee, Campus Box 8073. Please phone the Office of Medical Student Education at 362-7800 with any questions.
